Love this post!! I needed a reference for writing job websites, and now I've got one. I really appreciate you posting the list. I've been freelance writing for about two years now, and definitely notice the stiff competition in this field. But, I am not giving up! Excellent article and awesome list of freelance writing job websites. I started looking through these and am actually finding some potential writing gig prospects. Let me tell you, this is a tough field these days. So many other freelance writers out there to compete with. It seems like everyone is searching for a writing from home position. As other commenters have mentioned, everyone wants a way to supplement their income, and freelance writing seems to be a popular one. But, you have to keep on searching for new writing gigs. That's all there is to it.
